Nuisance

In Nevada, the elements for a claim of nuisance are:

1.†††††††† Unreasonable, unwarrantable, or unlawful use of oneís own property;

2.†††††††† Cause of a sustainable/unreasonable interference of anotherís enjoyment;

3.†††††††† Interferes with anotherís enjoyment of their own property; and

4.†††††††† Such that the law will presume consequential damages.
